Photo Expressions® Terms and Conditions:

  • Upon submitting your photo to Bank of America, you represent and certify that you have sole rights to use the photo and have obtained any necessary consent to allow Bank of America to alter, copy, print, distribute, prepare and to use the photo or derivative works of the photo on the Photo Expressions card.
  • You agree to return the Photo Expressions card to Bank of America immediately upon the request by Bank of America.
