You earn 3% rebates on purchases made at supermarkets, drugstores and gas stations. You earn 1% rebates on other purchases. Supermarkets are defined as stand-alone merchants that primarily sell a complete line of food merchandise for home consumption. Drugstores are stand-alone merchants that primarily sell prescription and proprietary drugs and nonprescription (over-the-counter) medicines. Gas stations are merchants that primarily sell vehicle fuel for consumer use. Purchases not eligible to receive the 3% rebate include, but are not limited to, purchases made at warehouse clubs, discount stores, department stores and convenience stores. In addition, online, catalog, mail order and telephone purchases are not eligible to receive a 3% rebate unless the merchants identify the transactions as being made at a supermarket, drugstore or gas station. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made at a supermarket, drugstore or gas station. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the 3% rebate.
Earn up to $1,000 in rebates during any 12 consecutive months, starting from the date you become a Citi Driver's Edge Options Platinum Select cardmember. Rebates are not earned on returned purchases, cash advances, convenience checks, transferred balances from other accounts, fraudulent/unauthorized transactions, credits, fees and finance charges. The maximum rebates you can redeem on any vehicle you purchase or lease is $5,000, and the minimum is $25. Rebates will automatically expire if you do not make a transaction on your Driver's Edge account (such as a purchase, balance transfer, or cash advance) for 12 consecutive months, or if you do not redeem your rebates within five years from the date the rebates are earned. To be eligible to earn and redeem rebates, your Driver's Edge Options account must be open and current and must not be in default. Citibank may revise or terminate the Driver's Edge Options Rebate Program at any time with 30 days prior written notice.

Complete details regarding the Citi Driver's Edge Options Rebates Program will be included in the Directory of Services you will receive if you are approved for a card.

As a Driver's Edge Options cardmember, you may redeem your Driver's Edge Options Rebates ("Rebates") for rewards offered through ThankYou^SM Network. In order to use your Driver's Edge Rebates in ThankYou^SM Network, you must first convert your Rebates to ThankYou^SM Network Points ("ThankYou^SM Points"). Each $1 in Rebates can be converted into 100 ThankYou^SM Points. You may convert your Rebates to ThankYou^SM Points by calling the Driver's Edge customer service unit at 1-800-967-8500. Rebates that are converted to ThankYou^SM Points will be posted to a ThankYou^SM Network Member Account ("ThankYou Member Account") that will be set up for you. ThankYou^SM Points are not eligible for redemption until they are posted to your ThankYou Member Account. Rebates that are converted to ThankYou^SM Points may be redeemed only for rewards offered through ThankYou^SM Network. Rebates that you convert to ThankYou^SM Points may not be converted back to Rebates and may no longer be redeemed toward the purchase or lease of a new or used vehicle or for service or maintenance on your current vehicle.
Once the Rebates you have converted to ThankYou^SM Points have been added to your ThankYou Member Account, you may redeem your ThankYou^SM Points by logging on to the ThankYou^SM Network website at www.thankyounetwork.com, or calling the ThankYou Service Center at 1-877-7REDEEM. Your ThankYou^SM Points expire one year from the date posted to your ThankYou Member Account unless we terminate ThankYou^SM Network, in which case you will have only 90 days from ThankYou^SM Network termination date to redeem all your ThankYou^SM Points. Your Driver's Edge Options Card account must be open and current to be able to convert your Rebates to ThankYou^SM Points.

Driver's Edge Options Card accounts are eligible to participate in ThankYou^SM Network only for the purpose of converting Rebates to ThankYou^SM Points in order to redeem for ThankYou^SM Network rewards - not to earn ThankYou^SM Points. Please see the ThankYou Program Guide for the Terms and Conditions of ThankYou^SM Network, including a description of certain ThankYou^SM Network rewards.

As the Primary Cardmember ("you") of the Citi Driver's Edge Options Card ("Card"), you are eligible to earn rebates for the miles you drive ("Drive Rebates®"). These Drive Rebates® are in addition to the standard or promotional Driver's Edge Options rebates ("Options Rebates") you earn for purchases made with your Card. To participate in the Drive Rebates® feature of the Driver's Edge Rebate Program, you must complete a Drive Rebates® enrollment form and return it to us at the address indicated on the form.

You can earn $0.01 in Drive Rebates® for each mile you drive on the vehicle you registered on your enrollment form. The vehicle must be a car, van, light truck, motorcycle or sports utility vehicle that is used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. You may register only one vehicle, and only the miles driven on that vehicle after you enroll are eligible to earn Drive Rebates®. To earn Drive Rebates® for the miles you drive, you must send us a miles submission form after you have had services performed on your vehicle. You must include with your miles submission form a copy of the detailed invoice of services that legibly indicates the odometer reading on your vehicle as of the date of service. You must send us your miles submission form and invoice of services at the address indicated on the form within 90 days of the date the services are performed. The number of miles eligible to earn Drive Rebates® will be equal to the mileage reflected on the invoice of services that accompanied your miles submission form less the mileage indicated on your enrollment form, or if you have previously submitted miles to us, the mileage reflected on the invoice of services that accompanied your most recent miles submission form. To request a miles submission form, call customer service at 1-800-967-8500 or log onto our website at www.redemptions.driversedge.citicards.com.

You can earn up to $500 in Drive Rebates® during any consecutive 12 months based upon the date you became a Driver's Edge Options cardmember. However, the total amount of rebates you can earn under the Driver's Edge Rebate Program (including those earned under this Drive Rebates® feature) cannot exceed the Driver's Edge Rebate Program yearly rebate limit of $1,000. The date we receive your miles submission form is the date we use for determining whether the miles you submitted are eligible to earn Drive Rebates® for purposes of the yearly rebate limit. Drive Rebates® may not appear on your billing statement until one or two billing cycles after we receive your miles submission form.

Drive Rebates® may only be redeemed when you redeem an equal or greater number of Options Rebates. Drive Rebates® are not eligible for redemption until they appear on your billing statement. Drive Rebates® will automatically expire if you do not make a transaction on your Card account (such as a purchase, balance transfer, or cash advance) for 12 consecutive months, or if you do not redeem your Drive Rebates® within five years from the date the Drive Rebates® are earned.

We reserve the right to terminate the Drive Rebates® feature of the Driver's Edge Rebate Program, or to revise the terms and conditions of this feature at any time upon 30 days prior written notice. Your participation in the Drive Rebates® feature and your eligibility to earn and redeem Drive Rebates® is subject to all of the terms and conditions of your participation in the Driver's Edge Rebate Program as set forth in your Directory of Services - Driver's Edge Options Rebates. Except as specifically provided in these Drive Rebates® Terms and Conditions, all of the provisions of the Directory of Services that apply to Options Rebates will apply to your Drive Rebates®.
