Low APR Credit Cards

What is a credit card's APR?
A.P.R. stands for Annual Percentage Rate. The lower the better! A lower APR card means you pay less interest on your credit card balance at the closing of each statement period if you carry a balance. An APR can either be "fixed" or "variable". Fixed-rate APR's are usually a bit higher, but you know exactly how much interest you'll have to pay at the end of the month. A variable rate will fluctuate based on a published index (normally either the "Prime" or the "LIBOR" indexes are used, which are published in the Wall Street Journal). The Prime rate doesn't change too frequently, but it is hard to guess when the FED changes it, and in what direction.
